Riverside Osteopathic Hospital was a healthcare facility located in Trenton, Michigan, United States. It was a part of the Henry Ford Health System, a comprehensive, integrated, non-profit health care organization in Metro Detroit.

Riverside Osteopathic Hospital was established in 1944 and was the first osteopathic hospital in the state of Michigan. The hospital was initially a small, 12-bed facility but expanded over the years to accommodate the growing healthcare needs of the community.
