Career[edit | edit source]

Marx began his career as a diver and later became a pioneer in the field of underwater archaeology. He conducted numerous expeditions around the world, exploring shipwrecks and underwater ruins. His work has significantly contributed to our understanding of ancient maritime cultures.

Marx is best known for his work on the 1715 Spanish Plate Fleet, a group of Spanish ships that sank off the coast of Florida while carrying a large cargo of gold and silver.
