Roger Mills County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of the 2010 census, the population was 3,647, making it the third-least populous county in Oklahoma. Its county seat is Cheyenne. The county was created in 1891.

Geography[edit | edit source]

Roger Mills County is located in the western part of Oklahoma, bordering the state of Texas. The county has a total area of 1,146 square miles, of which 1,141 square miles is land and 5.2 square miles is water.

Demographics[edit | edit source]

As of the 2010 census, there were 3,647 people, 1,474 households, and 1,042 families residing in the county. The population density was 3.2 people per square mile. The racial makeup of the county was 92.9% White, 0.2% Black or African American, 1.3% Native American, 0.2% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 2.9% from other races, and 2.4% from two or more races. 7.1% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
