  • Rogersville is a town in Hawkins County, Tennessee, United States. It was settled in 1775 by the grandparents of Davy Crockett, and is the second-oldest town in the state. It is named for its founder, Joseph Rogers. The town is built on a part of the land granted to Rogers by the state of North Carolina in 1786.
