Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington covers the entire state of Vermont, in the United States. It is a diocese of the Latin Church of the Roman Catholic Church. The diocese is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Boston. The cathedral church of the diocese is the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception located in Burlington, Vermont.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington was established on July 29, 1853, by Pope Pius IX. Before its establishment, the territory of Vermont was part of the Diocese of Boston. The first bishop of the diocese was Louis De Goesbriand, who served from 1853 to 1899. Under his leadership, the diocese saw significant growth in the number of parishes, schools, and other Catholic institutions.
