Royal Thai Army

The Royal Thai Army (RTA) is the land-based branch of the Royal Thai Armed Forces. It is responsible for protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Thailand. The RTA is the oldest and largest branch of the Thai military, with its origins dating back to the late 19th century.
