Russell's Reserve
Russell's Reserve is a brand of bourbon whiskey and rye whiskey, produced by the Wild Turkey distillery. Named after the distillery's master distiller, Jimmy Russell, and his son, Eddie Russell, the brand is known for its small batch and single barrel offerings.
History[edit | edit source]
The Russell's Reserve brand was introduced in 1999, to commemorate Jimmy Russell's 45th anniversary with the distillery. The first product was a 10-year-old bourbon. In 2007, a 6-year-old rye was added to the line, followed by a single barrel rye in 2015. The brand represents some of the finest whiskeys produced by the distillery, and are often aged longer than the standard Wild Turkey offerings.
