Schimpff's Confectionery is a historic candy store and museum located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It is one of the oldest, continuously operated, family-owned candy businesses in the United States. The confectionery was established in 1891 by Gustav Schimpff Sr. and Jr.

Gustav Schimpff Sr. and Gustav Schimpff Jr. opened the doors of Schimpff's Confectionery in its current location in 1891. The confectionery has been a staple in the Jeffersonville community for over a century, serving generations of families with their sweet treats.

Schimpff's Confectionery is known for its wide variety of candies, including hard candies, chocolates, and their famous cinnamon red hots. They also offer a selection of old-fashioned sodas and ice cream.
