Settlers Hospital is a provincial government funded hospital located in Makhanda, Eastern Cape, South Africa. It is operated by the Eastern Cape Department of Health.

The hospital provides a range of medical services including emergency care, pediatric care, maternity care, gynecology services, surgical services, medical services, pharmacy services, HIV/AIDS treatment, counseling services, occupational services, X-ray services, physiotherapy, laboratory services, laundry services, kitchen services, and mortuary services.

Settlers Hospital was founded in 1922 and currently has 178 beds. It serves the Makana Local Municipality area in Grahamstown.
