The Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital, also known as Shoalhaven Hospital (abbreviated SDMH), is a public hospital located in Nowra, New South Wales, Australia. It is operated by the South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service and serves the City of Shoalhaven. The hospital is situated on the banks of the Shoalhaven River, approximately 1 km from the Nowra CBD. It is the main acute care hospital for the region, catering to a population of over 100,000.

Services provided by the hospital include a 16-bed Emergency department that operates 24 hours a day. The hospital also has an Intensive Care Unit, focusing on high dependency and coronary patients. Other facilities include a Rehabilitation ward, a 12-bed children's ward, and a 6-bed 23-hour ward for day surgeries. The hospital is affiliated with the University of Wollongong and the University of New South Wales as a teaching hospital.

In 2009-2010, Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital handled 21,193 hospitalizations. The hospital has a total of 143 beds as of 2007. It was founded in 1951 and continues to provide quality healthcare services to the community.
