Sioux County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 1,311. Its county seat is Harrison. The county was named for the Sioux tribe of American Indians.

Sioux County is located in the northwestern corner of Nebraska. The terrain of Sioux County consists of rugged hills, sloped to the east. The Niobrara River flows eastward through the upper central part of the county.
