Skagway Municipality is a first-class borough in Alaska, United States. The municipality is located in the southeast part of the state, near the northernmost point of the Inside Passage. It is known for its significant role in the Klondike Gold Rush and its well-preserved Gold Rush era buildings.

Skagway Municipality covers a total area of 464 square miles, of which 452 square miles is land and 12 square miles is water. The municipality is bordered by the Haines Borough to the south and west, and by the Canadian province of British Columbia to the north and east.
