St. Andrew's Community Hospital (SACH) is a healthcare institution located in Singapore. It is a part of the St. Andrew's Mission Hospital (SAMH) group, which is a voluntary welfare organization committed to providing quality healthcare services to the community.

St. Andrew's Community Hospital was established in 1992. It was the first community hospital in Singapore, designed to provide rehabilitative and sub-acute care to patients discharged from acute hospitals. The hospital was redeveloped and expanded in 2005 to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.
