St. Luke's Regional Medical Center is a full-service, non-profit hospital located in Sioux City, Iowa. It serves residents in nearby communities in Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The hospital is part of UnityPoint Health, which includes St. Luke’s Health Foundation, St. Luke’s College, and a clinic network of family practice and specialty providers.

St. Luke's has 154 staffed beds and employs over 1,200 employees, along with a medical staff of 300. The hospital also has a volunteer workforce of 300. Each year, St. Luke's cares for approximately 65,000 outpatients and nearly 9,000 inpatients.

As a community hospital, St. Luke's contributes approximately $10.3 million in community benefit according to a recent assessment by the Iowa Hospital Association. The hospital also has a positive impact on the local economy, bringing in over $80 million in revenue.

St. Luke's is recognized for its children's services, including its Birth Center with the area's only level II neonatal intensive care unit. It is also the area's only Spirit of Women hospital, a national network of hospitals focused on women's health. St. Luke's has approximately 2,000 women enrolled in its Spirit of Women program.

In 2011, St. Luke's opened a new multimillion-dollar surgical services unit with modern amenities and state-of-the-art technology. The hospital also offers a comprehensive set of treatments and preventive measures through its Center for Heart and Vascular Health.
