St Leonard's Hospital, Tickhill is a healthcare facility located in Tickhill, South Yorkshire, England. The hospital is named after Saint Leonard, a patron saint of prisoners, the mentally ill, and women in labour.

St Leonard's Hospital was established in the 12th century as a leprosy hospital. It was founded by Roger de Mowbray, a prominent Norman nobleman. The hospital was initially run by the Augustinian order of monks.

In the 16th century, during the Dissolution of the Monasteries, the hospital was closed. The buildings were subsequently used for various purposes, including as a private residence and a farm.

In the 20th century, the site was redeveloped as a modern hospital. Today, St Leonard's Hospital provides a range of healthcare services to the local community.
