Starke County is a county located in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of the 2010 census, the population was 23,363. The county seat is Knox. Starke County is part of the Chicago-Naperville-Elgin, IL-IN-WI Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the 2010 census, the county has a total area of 312.19 square miles, of which 309.22 square miles (or 99.05%) is land and 2.97 square miles (or 0.95%) is water.
