State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) is a Turkish government agency responsible for the development and management of water resources in Turkey. Established in 1954, DSİ's primary mission includes the planning, construction, and operation of projects related to irrigation, drainage, flood control, water supply, and hydroelectric power generation.
