Sulbing is a popular South Korean dessert chain that specializes in bingsu, a traditional Korean shaved ice dessert.

Sulbing was founded in 2013 in Busan, South Korea. The name "Sulbing" comes from the Korean words for snow (sul) and ice (bing). The chain quickly gained popularity and has since expanded to over 490 locations in South Korea and abroad.
Menu[edit | edit source]
Sulbing's menu primarily consists of various types of bingsu. The most popular item is the Injeolmi Bingsu, which is topped with injeolmi (a type of Korean rice cake), nuts, and sweetened condensed milk. Other popular items include the Mango Cheese Bingsu and the Strawberry Bingsu.

Sulbing has expanded internationally with locations in countries such as China, Thailand, and the Philippines. The chain plans to continue its expansion with a focus on Asian markets.
