Sunsilk

Sunsilk is a British-based international hair care brand produced by the company Unilever. The brand was first introduced in the United Kingdom in 1954, and by 1959 it was available in 18 different countries worldwide. Today, Sunsilk products are available in over 69 countries.

The Sunsilk brand was launched in the UK in 1954, and was marketed as a range of shampoos for different hair types. In 1955, Sunsilk was launched in the Netherlands and by 1959 it was available in 18 countries around the world. In 1960, Sunsilk Tonic shampoo was launched, containing skin healing ingredient Allantoin – designed to help keep the scalp free from infection. In 2001, Sunsilk has entered into the hair colourant market for Asian-type dark hair.

Sunsilk offers a wide range of hair care products including shampoos, conditioners, and styling products. Each product is designed to tackle a specific hair problem, such as dry hair, damaged hair, dull hair, and frizzy hair.
