Sushi Ōji! is a Japanese television drama series that aired on NTV from April 21, 2007, to June 30, 2007. The series, also known as Prince of Sushi, revolves around the world of sushi, a traditional Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, accompanying a variety of ingredients, such as seafood, vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits.

The story follows the journey of Maizu Tsukasa (Dominōji Tsukasa), a skilled sushi chef, who after a series of events, ends up working at a prestigious sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. The drama explores the art of sushi making, the importance of fresh ingredients, and the interplay between the chefs and their customers.

The main cast includes Koichi Domoto as Maizu Tsukasa, Natsuki Kato as Ryoko, and Satoshi Hashimoto as Katsuo. The series also features a number of guest appearances from notable Japanese actors and celebrities.
