Tallahatchie County is a county located in the U.S. state of Mississippi. As of the 2010 census, the population was 15,378. Its county seats are Charleston and Tutwiler. Tallahatchie County is located in the Mississippi Delta region.
Geography[edit | edit source]
Tallahatchie County has a total area of 652 square miles (1,690 km2), of which 645 square miles (1,670 km2) is land and 7.3 square miles (19 km2) (1.1%) is water. The county is intersected by the Tallahatchie River.
