The Muppets Studio is an American entertainment production company that produces media content featuring the Muppets, a group of puppet characters created by Jim Henson. The company is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company and operates under the Disney Branded Television division.

The Muppets Studio was originally founded as Henson Associates, Inc. by Jim Henson in 1958. The company gained widespread recognition with the success of Sesame Street and The Muppet Show. In 2004, The Walt Disney Company acquired the rights to the Muppets, and the company was rebranded as The Muppets Studio.
