Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]

Timothy Bruce Shaw was born on March 27, 1984, in Exeter, England. He moved to the United States at a young age and grew up in Livonia, Michigan. Shaw attended Clarenceville High School, where he excelled in both academics and athletics. He was a standout player on the school's football team, playing as a linebacker and running back.

College Career[edit | edit source]

Shaw attended Penn State University, where he played college football for the Nittany Lions. During his time at Penn State, Shaw was known for his versatility on the field, playing multiple positions including linebacker and defensive end. He was a key contributor to the team's defense and earned several accolades for his performance.

Carolina Panthers[edit | edit source]

Tim Shaw was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played primarily on special teams during his rookie season and contributed to the Panthers' defensive unit.

Jacksonville Jaguars[edit | edit source]

In 2008, Shaw signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He continued to play a significant role on special teams and provided depth to the Jaguars' linebacker corps.
