Todd Manning
Todd Manning is a fictional character from the American soap opera One Life to Live. The character was created by Michael Malone and Josh Griffith and was portrayed by actor Roger Howarth from 1992 to 2003, and again from 2011 to 2013. The role was also played by Trevor St. John from 2003 to 2011.

Todd Manning was introduced as a fraternity brother at Llanview University. He quickly became one of the most controversial characters on One Life to Live due to his involvement in a gang rape storyline. Todd, along with his fraternity brothers, raped Marty Saybrooke, a storyline that garnered significant attention and controversy.
