Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences (東京薬科大学, Tōkyō yakka daigaku) is a private university located in Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan. It is one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions in Japan dedicated to the fields of pharmacy and life sciences.

The university was founded in 1880 as the Tokyo Pharmaceutical School. It was later renamed Tokyo College of Pharmacy in 1949 and finally became Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences in 1994.
