Udo Bölts (born 10 August 1966) is a retired German professional road bicycle racer. He is most well-known for his long-standing career as a domestique on the Team Telekom, which later became T-Mobile Team, and his crucial support role for Jan Ullrich in the 1997 Tour de France, where Ullrich won the overall title. Bölts was a professional from 1989 to 2003, showcasing his talents in various international competitions and earning a reputation for his endurance, reliability, and dedication to his team's success.

Bölts' career highlights include winning the German National Road Race Championships in 1990 and 1999, showcasing his ability to compete against the best cyclists in Germany.
