Umlamli Hospital is a provincial government-funded hospital located near Sterkspruit in the Joe Gqabi District Municipality of the Eastern Cape province in South Africa. It is a public hospital with 74 beds and serves the Senqu Local Municipality area. Umlamli Hospital is part of a cluster that includes Empilisweni, Lady Grey, and Cloete Joubert Hospitals.

The hospital primarily handles chronic cases such as tuberculosis (TB) and HIV/AIDS. It offers various departments and services, including an emergency department, maternity ward, outpatient department, surgical services, medical services, pharmacy, anti-retroviral treatment for HIV/AIDS, physiotherapy, laundry services, kitchen services, and a mortuary.

Umlamli Hospital is also home to the Ilitha College branch, which serves as a training institution for nurses and provides practical experience for junior doctors, pharmacists, and physiotherapists. The hospital draws its workforce from the surrounding villages.

The hospital was founded in 1933 by the Roman Catholic Mission Society and was initially directed by Hans Pattis. It became a state institution in the Transkei region in 1976.
