Universidad de Sta. Isabel (USI) is a private, Roman Catholic university located in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is one of the oldest educational institutions in the Bicol Region and is administered by the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul.

Universidad de Sta. Isabel was founded on April 12, 1868, as the Colegio de Sta. Isabel. It was established by the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul upon the request of the Most Reverend Francisco Gainza, the Bishop of Nueva Caceres. The institution was initially intended to provide education to young women, particularly those from impoverished families.

In 1965, the school was granted university status by the Philippine government and was renamed Universidad de Sta. Isabel. It has since expanded its academic offerings to include various undergraduate and graduate programs.
