The University of Baguio (UB) is a private, non-sectarian university located in Baguio, Benguet, Philippines. It was founded in 1948 by Dr. Fernando Bautista and Mrs. Rosa Castillo Bautista. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs.

The University of Baguio was established in 1948 as the Baguio Technical and Commercial Institute. It was founded by Dr. Fernando Bautista and Mrs. Rosa Castillo Bautista. The institution was granted university status in 1969 and was renamed the University of Baguio.
