The University of Missouri Children's Hospital is a pediatric health-care facility located in Columbia, Missouri. It is the largest and most comprehensive children's hospital in mid-Missouri. The hospital is a member of University of Missouri Health Care and is affiliated with the University of Missouri.

The hospital offers care in over 30 pediatric specialties, including cardiology, cancer, and surgical specialties. It has more than 100 doctors on staff. The hospital is located at 404 N. Keene St. in Columbia and is part of the Women's and Children's Hospital, along with the University of Missouri Women's Center and the Family Birth Center.

MU Children's Hospital provides 100 percent private rooms with a pull-out sofa for parents to stay overnight. It has a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, an adolescent unit, a short-stay center, a general pediatrics unit, and various recreational facilities for children. The hospital also has a school for children who require long-term hospitalization.

The Children's Hospital Critical Care Transport Service is the only service of its kind outside of St. Louis and Kansas City. The transport team, consisting of registered nurses, respiratory therapists, neonatologists, and pediatric intensivists, is available 24/7 to care for children of all ages. Additionally, the neonatal ambulance team responds to hospital requests throughout Missouri.
