Uno Pizzeria & Grill is an American chain of pizza restaurants that primarily serves the Chicago-style pizza. The company, founded in 1943, has over 100 locations worldwide.

Uno Pizzeria & Grill was founded by Ike Sewell and Ric Riccardo in 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. The original name of the restaurant was Pizzeria Uno. Sewell is often credited with creating the style of pizza known as Chicago-style pizza.

Menu[edit | edit source]

Uno Pizzeria & Grill's menu primarily consists of Chicago-style pizza, but it also includes a wide range of other dishes. These include pasta, steak, seafood, burgers, and a variety of appetizers, salads, and desserts. The restaurant also offers a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Expansion[edit | edit source]

Uno Pizzeria & Grill began its expansion in the late 1970s, opening its first franchise in Boston, Massachusetts. Since then, the company has grown to over 100 locations worldwide, including in Saudi Arabia, Honduras, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
