The Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center is an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. It is part of the renowned Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Established in 1993, the Vanderbilt Cancer Center received its initial NCI designation in 1995. In 1999, it was renamed the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center following a significant donation from the Ingram family. The center achieved NCI "comprehensive" cancer center status in 2001. With over 280 faculty members dedicated to cancer research and treatment, the center is at the forefront of advancing knowledge and care in the field. It receives more than $140 million in federal research funding annually, placing it among the top ten institutions in the nation for federal research grants.

The Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center is also a proud member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, a prestigious alliance of leading cancer centers committed to improving patient outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

In addition to its research and treatment efforts, the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center sponsors a number of clinical trials, contributing to the development of new therapies and approaches in cancer care.
