The Velindre University NHS Trust (Welsh: Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre ) is an NHS Wales trust established in 1994 as a specialist provider of cancer services in Wales. It operates the Velindre Cancer Centre and the Welsh Blood Service. The trust also incorporates, on a hosted basis, two other NHS Wales organizations: the NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS) and the NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP).

The Velindre Cancer Centre, located in Cardiff, is known for its provision of radiotherapy treatment, including stereotactic body radiotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery. In 2015, the center acquired a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator for stereotactic radiosurgery through a £4.6 million investment by the Welsh Government.

The Velindre Cancer Centre received positive feedback during an inspection in 2014.

Since its establishment, the trust has developed a clinical trials unit that has grown from three staff members to 34. Over 9,700 patients have been recruited for clinical trials.

In 2018, the trust was granted university status by the Welsh Government.
