Victor Pineda (activist)
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Victor Pineda was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He moved to the United States at a young age. Pineda was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy, a condition that affects motor neurons and leads to muscle weakness. Despite his physical challenges, Pineda pursued higher education with determination. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy. He later completed a Master of City Planning and a Master of Public Policy at the same institution.
