Watershed Distillery is a renowned distillery located in Columbus, Ohio. It was established in 2010 by Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo. The distillery is known for its production of various spirits, including gin, vodka, bourbon, and apple brandy.

Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo founded Watershed Distillery in 2010. The founders were inspired by their passion for quality spirits and the idea of creating a local product that would contribute to the revitalization of Ohio's economy. The distillery was one of the first to open in Ohio since Prohibition.

Watershed Distillery produces a variety of spirits. Their product line includes:
- Watershed Bourbon: Aged for a minimum of four years, this bourbon is known for its unique flavor profile.
- Watershed Vodka: Made from corn and apples, this vodka is distilled four times for a smooth finish.
