- Williamsburg County is a county located in the U.S. state of South Carolina. As of the 2010 census, the population was 34,423. Its county seat is Kingstree. The county was created in 1804.

- Williamsburg County is located in the northeastern part of South Carolina. It is bordered by Florence County to the north, Georgetown County to the east, Berkeley County to the south, and Clarendon County to the west. The county has a total area of 937 square miles, of which 934 square miles is land and 3.2 square miles is water.
