With Honors is a 1994 American comedy-drama film directed by Alek Keshishian and written by William Mastrosimone. The film stars Joe Pesci, Brendan Fraser, Moira Kelly, Patrick Dempsey, and Josh Hamilton. The film's music was composed by Patrick Leonard, and the cinematography was handled by Sven Nykvist.

The story follows Montgomery "Monty" Kessler, a Harvard University student working on his senior thesis. After an accident, Monty loses his thesis, which is found by a homeless man named Simon Wilder. Simon offers to return the thesis one page at a time in exchange for food and shelter. As Monty and his friends interact with Simon, they learn valuable life lessons and develop a deeper understanding of compassion and humanity.
