- Worland is a city located in Washakie County, Wyoming, United States. It is the county seat of Washakie County and is situated within the Big Horn Basin, along the Big Horn River. The city is known for its rich history, scenic landscapes, and vibrant community.

- Worland was incorporated on September 26, 1906. The city was named after Charles H. Worland, a local hotel owner. It has a rich history that includes the presence of Native American tribes, early settlers, and the development of agriculture and industry.

- Worland is located at 44°0′54″N 107°57′24″W. The city has a total area of 4.64 square miles, all of it land. It is surrounded by the Big Horn Mountains to the west and the Owl Creek Mountains to the south.
