Ziebach County is located in the U.S. state of South Dakota. As of the 2010 census, the population was 2,801. Its county seat is Dupree. The county was created in 1911 and organized in 1911. It is named for Frank M. Ziebach, a politician who served in the Dakota Territory's House of Representatives.
