5-MeO-aMT (also known as 5-Methoxy-α-methyltryptamine and Alpha-O) is a psychedelic and hallucinogenic drug, structurally related to tryptamines and amphetamines. It was first synthesized in the 1960s and has been used recreationally since the 1990s.
