Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) was an American company that provided information technology services as well as business process outsourcing solutions to businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Founded in 1988 by Darwin Deason, ACS rapidly grew to become a global leader in its field before being acquired by Xerox in 2010.

ACS was established in 1988 in Dallas, Texas. The company expanded its operations through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. One of its significant early moves was the acquisition of the Lockheed Martin IMS division in 1998, which significantly expanded its reach into government services. In February 2010, Xerox Corporation announced its intention to acquire ACS in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $6.4 billion.
