Amanda Claire Marian Feilding (born 30 January 1943) is a British drug policy reformer and researcher. She is the founder and director of the Beckley Foundation, a charitable trust that promotes psychoactive drug research and advocates for evidence-based changes in drug policy.

Amanda Feilding was born in Oxford, England, into an aristocratic family. She is the daughter of Basil Feilding, a descendant of the Earls of Denbigh. Feilding studied at the Slade School of Fine Art in London.
