- Amity Gardens is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Amity Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It is part of the Reading, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,402 at the 2010 census.

- Amity Gardens is located at 40°16′14″N 75°44′25″W (40.270556, -75.740278). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2), all of it land.

- As of the census of 2000, there were 3,290 people, 1,347 households, and 932 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 2,073.6 people per square mile (799.6/km²).
