Anaheim Fire & Rescue
Anaheim Fire & Rescue is the primary agency responsible for fire protection and emergency medical services in the city of Anaheim, California. The department, often abbreviated as AF&R, is a public safety organization that provides fire, rescue and emergency medical services to the residents and visitors of Anaheim.

The Anaheim Fire Department was established in 1875, making it one of the oldest fire departments in the state of California. Over the years, the department has evolved and expanded to meet the growing needs of the city. In 2015, the department was renamed Anaheim Fire & Rescue to better reflect the broad range of services it provides.

Anaheim Fire & Rescue is organized into several divisions, including the Fire Prevention Division, Emergency Medical Services Division, and Training Division. Each division is responsible for a specific aspect of the department's operations.
Fire Prevention Division[edit | edit source]
The Fire Prevention Division is responsible for enforcing fire codes and regulations in the city. This includes conducting building inspections, issuing permits, and investigating fires.
