Andrea Carnevale (born 12 January 1961 in Monte San Biagio, Italy) is a retired Italian football player who played as a forward. Throughout his career, Carnevale was known for his skill, scoring ability, and work rate on the pitch, making significant contributions to the clubs he played for and the Italian national team.

Carnevale started his professional career with Ternana in the late 1970s before moving to Reggina, where his performances began to attract attention from larger clubs. His journey through Italian football saw him play for several clubs, including Udinese, where he enjoyed a prolific scoring spell, and Roma, with whom he won the Serie A title in the 1982-1983 season. His time at Roma was particularly notable, as he formed a formidable partnership with other attacking players, contributing significantly to the team's success during his tenure.

Carnevale's career also included stints with Napoli, where he played alongside the legendary Diego Maradona and was part of the squad that won the Serie A title in the 1989-1990 season and the UEFA Cup in 1989.
