Audubon, Pennsylvania
Audubon, Pennsylvania is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. Named after the renowned ornithologist John James Audubon, the area is known for its rich history and suburban charm.

Audubon, Pennsylvania was originally part of the Providence Township until it was later incorporated into the Lower Providence Township. The area was named after John James Audubon, who lived in Mill Grove for a few years studying and painting birds.
Geography[edit | edit source]
Audubon is located at 40°8′22″N 75°25′46″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.5 square miles, of which 4.4 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles is water.
Demographics[edit | edit source]
As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 8,433 people, 3,489 households, and 2,157 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,918.7 people per square mile.
Education[edit | edit source]
Audubon is served by the Methacton School District, which provides public education for the area. The district operates four elementary schools, one middle school, and Methacton High School.
