Automobile safety

From WikiMD's Wellness Encyclopedia

Automobile safety refers to the design and construction of vehicles to protect passengers and other road users from injury in the event of a collision or other accident. This includes features such as seat belts, airbags, and crash-test ratings. Advances in technology have also led to the development of additional safety features, such as lane departure warning systems and automatic emergency braking. Regular maintenance and adherence to traffic laws can also play a role in automobile safety.
