Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur (English: The Town's Best Sausages) is a popular hot dog stand in Reykjavík, Iceland. It has been in operation since 1937 and is known for its traditional Icelandic hot dogs.

Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur was established in 1937 by Bósi Þórðarson. The stand originally operated in various locations around Reykjavík, but it has been in its current location near the Reykjavík harbor since 2004. The stand has become a significant part of Reykjavík's food culture and is a popular destination for both locals and tourists.

The menu at Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur is simple, focusing on the traditional Icelandic hot dog. The hot dogs are made from a blend of pork, beef, and lamb, and are served in a bun with a variety of toppings, including ketchup, sweet mustard, fried onion, raw onion, and remoulade, a type of mayonnaise-based sauce.

Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur has received international recognition for its hot dogs. In 2006, it was named the best hot dog stand in Europe by the British newspaper The Guardian. The stand has also been visited by numerous celebrities, including former U.S. President Bill Clinton and musician Metallica frontman James Hetfield.
