- Barboursville is a village in Cabell County, West Virginia, United States. It is located near the second largest city in the state, Huntington. The village is home to the Barboursville Park, which has a variety of recreational activities for residents and visitors alike.

- Barboursville was platted in 1813 by an act of the Virginia Assembly. It was named after James Barbour, the Governor of Virginia from 1812 to 1814. The village was incorporated in 1861.
