Bartell Drugs is a chain of retail pharmacies in the United States, primarily located in the Seattle metropolitan area of Washington State. Founded in 1890 by George H. Bartell Sr., it is recognized as the oldest family-owned drugstore chain in the United States.

Bartell Drugs was established in 1890 when George H. Bartell Sr. purchased the Lake Washington Pharmacy at the age of 21. The company expanded over the years, opening multiple locations throughout the Seattle area. By the early 20th century, Bartell Drugs had become a well-known name in the region.
In 2020, Bartell Drugs was acquired by Rite Aid, a major American drugstore chain, but it continues to operate under the Bartell Drugs name, maintaining its local identity and heritage.
